Our Neuro Somatic Coaching® Certification has a practical grounding in therapeutic yoga skills and combines powerful simplified techniques of

Osteopathy, Traditional Yoga, Psychology, Mindfulness and Martial Arts.

Combining modern teaching techniques with ancient yogic wisdom, we will work with you to deepen your understanding of the body, no matter your level of experience or practice. We focus on creating a positive compassionate community in the trainings and encourage each of our students to challenge themselves physically, mentally and spiritually.

We view individuals as unique beings and our approach is holistic and integrative: The Bartu Method® teachings address your personal needs which allows you to emerge from our intensive trainings ready to practice and teach safely with confidence and skills.

 We encourage debate and diversity among teachers and students and take a non-dogmatic approach to our teaching. As well as theory, the course is strongly rooted in the development of practical skills.

 Prerequisites

Prior to attending a our Neuro Somatic Coaching® Certification, we recommend that students must have been practicing at least one of the following forms of body movements for a minimum of three months, sports, yoga, training or fitness.

No prior medical knowledge is required to participate in this training. 

Most importantly, we ask that students come to our trainings with an open mind and an open heart, ready to embrace the learning experience, and to be supportive of themselves and their fellow students.
